GREAT COMMUNICATION. HONEST. RELIABLE. My wife and I contacted Ally in early fall 2017 from a friend's recommendation. Since the beginning, she was always on top of everything and quick to respond. Ally was able to book viewings in fairly short notice, especially for some houses with multiple bids. We are first-time homebuyers, and we had many questions. Ally was very patient and explained to us the homebuying process clearly, and she always took time to answer our questions. Ally was very honest and didn't try to pressure us to buy. She would always point out problems or potential problems in houses, but she would also mention the really positive points such as things that make for good resale value. She was definitely very knowledgeable. She would share with us the quality of windows, house systems, and construction. Ally also listened to our preferences and incorporated them into the search. For example, one time after a few months of looking at houses, we had just finished viewing a house. We were discussing if we should put in an offer. We didn't love the house, but there were some strengths about it. And my wife tried to think about how this house could fit in with our preferences. Ally then reminded us that the house search is a process, and she was looking out for our best interests. Soon after, my wife realized that she was trying hard to settle with this house. Everytime we wanted to put in an offer, Ally would pull comparisons and share them with us so that we could make the best informed offer. Sometimes if a house had multiple bids, she would try to gauge where our offer stood among the pool. In June 2018, we closed on a home that we love... it's the perfect home for us.
