If you are buying or selling a home in Ridgewood and the surrounding towns, you want Laura Gill and the Gill Group to be your real estate agents. We interviewed Laura to represent us in our sale based on a referral from neighbors and spoke to several other very reputable agents. Laura has complementary skills from her prior career in banking. We sensed that in addition to her obvious knack for real estate, her unique experience in communications and online marketing as well as negotiation would be a major plus in getting us optimal “traffic” and thereby maximize our final sales price. After we chose to go with Laura, we were not disappointed. Laura and her team staged the house beautifully (and on a complementary basis!) and gave us insight into several small cosmetic fixes that more than paid for themselves in the end.
