Fortunately the market was bad and we were able to get the house at an attractive price. Unfortunately, the market was bad and we had to sell our old house. We were really afraid of having to pay two mortgages. Tisha guided us through the entire process. She ran several open houses and gave us excellent advice on how to price the house to maximize buyer interest. It ultimately led to a bidding war and we got our asking price.
