Deborah Dash is a lifelong Bergen County, New Jersey resident with over a decade of experience in the property management and real estate industry. Deborah attended Bergen Community College in Paramus, New Jersey. After starting her family, she devoted several years to raising her three children before co-founding STAGE, a part-time home organizing and personalized lifestyle service. Through her work with homeowners, she discovered her passion for real estate and transitioned into property management, where she gained extensive hands-on experience and expertise as a real estate agent. Known for her attentive, client-focused approach, Deborah takes pride in providing comprehensive guidance and personalized care to help clients and their families find the right place to call home. Her children are grown and pursuing their individual paths—her oldest following a career in music, her son a graduate of the University of Arizona, and her daughter a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. In her free time, Deborah is committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle through exercise and weight training. She enjoys outdoor activities, quality time with family, and reading self-help and non-fiction books.
