Francisca "Francis" Stephenson has always loved real estate. With a keen eye for design and the business savvy to identify good investments, Francis has always followed the local market. Before joining The Gill Group, Francis was a repeat client of The Gill Group, so she was already familiar with our processes and best practices. With many years of experience in healthcare administration, Francis Stephenson brings a client-centered approach to real estate. Friendly and wam, she brings exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping others in her role as a Buyer Specialist. She is focused on developing trust with our clients, and advocating on their behalf. Francis earned an Associate’s Degree in Health Information Management from Monroe University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Culture from the CUNY School of Professional Studies. She also founded a women’s fashion boutique, where she enjoyed helping women feel confident through thoughtfully curated fashion. Today, she brings that same personalized care to helping buyers find a place they are proud to call home. Originally from New York, Francis has been a New Jersey resident for two decades now with previous time spent living in Rutherford and Ridgewood. Now a proud Waldwick resident, Francis lives with her son, Jack, and their Bichon Frisé, Gio. She enjoys interior design, home renovations, fashion, fitness, salsa dancing, and travel. Her goal is to make every home-buying experience seamless, enjoyable, and focused on her clients’ unique needs.
