The market typically slows around now for the holidays. Buyer demand heats back up in January as buyers resume their post-holiday search and new buyers enter the market.
Sellers are still getting great prices but not as many offers as in the recent past unless the house looks like it is out of a design magazine. There is still a lack of inventory overall to meet buyer demand and we expect sellers who come to market in January to do very well.
